Register here: Registration Link When registering - the address is case sensitive and needs to be typed in as written using caps as seen EOP assessments have articulated credit. I have attached the articulated credit forms for Sullivan University as well as the University of the Cumberlands. This could be used as a marketing tool to encourage students to do their best on the assessment.
Best practice for students to perform well on these assessments is to align the EOP Standards to the Career Pathway you are offering at your school. EOP Standards are developed as an end of program assessment of four or more credits in a Career Pathway. The EOP standards should be aligned within the four credits your school is offering for Career Pathway completion. Resource documents for other pathways will be developed as we transition to the adoption of the National Standards. The cut score for pass rate of the EOP is 70%. The exam consist of 120 questions. 100 are point bearing and 20 are non-point bearing. The 20 non-point bearing are pilot questions to obtain data to validate the questions. These pilot questions may be added to the test bank depending on the statistics obtained. There are three sections of the exam – Academic, Employability and Occupational. Twenty-five percent of the questions come from Academic area, 25% of the questions come from the Employability area and 50% of the questions come from the Occupational area. There is a general “sample” online EOP test for students. You may navigate there the following way. These are small sample assessments. Each actual assessment is comprised of 120 questions. The best way to prepare for the EOP Assessment is to ensure the standards for the Career Pathway(s) you are teaching have been cross walked to your lesson plans. This award honors a current Kentucky teacher in grades K-12 who demonstrates an exceptional commitment to teaching financial literacy topics and motivating students to learn about personal finance. The nominee must not have received this award in the last 5 years. The grand prize is $300 that can be used for financial literacy classroom materials or to attend related training, such as the national Jump$tart teacher conference (www.jumpstart.org). The deadline is May 1, and the winner will be notified by June 15.
